Abstract
The invention relates to a biogas plant having a reactor 1 which has a central tube 17 to which is fed the biomass 18. Around the central tube 17 is built up support material 4 for microorganisms and, on the inner walls of the reactor 1, in addition, there is further applied support material 3 for microorganisms. Im Falle der Verwendung einer Rühreinrichtung 9 kann die Strömung, je nach Drehrichtung der Rühreinrichtung 9, bzw. der Drehrichtung des Schneidwerkes 24 der Rühreinrichtung. eine Strömung in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles 14 erfolgen. Bei Verwendung einer Mammutpumpe, wie des Fig. 2 zeigt, ist eine Strömung nur in Richtung der Pfeile 21 möglich. In beiden Fällen wird Jedoch die organische Substanz durch die Hohlräume 13 des Trägermaterials 4 bewegt. Gleichzeitig wird durch die im Bodenbereich angeordneten Öffnungen 8 und durch die Öffnung des Zentralrohres 17 an seinem oberen Ende. die organische Substanz gepumpt.
Um nun bel Verwendung der Rühreinrichtung 9 einen besseren Gaseintrag in die Biomasse zu erreichen, ist ein Rohr 5 vorgesehen (Fig. 1), durch welches mit Hilfe des durch das Schneidwerk 24 der Rühreinrichtung erzeugten Unterdruckes, Biogas aus dem Gasraum 23 der Biogasaniage angesaugt und in die organische Substanz Im Innenraum des Zentrairohres 17 gebracht werden kann.
