Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la preparación de una partícula de un fósforo recubierto con al menos un óxido de metal, óxido de metal de transición u óxido semimetálico. Reivindicación 1: Un método para la preparación de una partícula de un fósforo recubierto con al menos un óxido de metal, óxido de metal de transición u óxido semimetálico, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) preparar una primera mezcla suspendiendo un fósforo en un primer disolvente no acuoso; b) preparar una segunda mezcla agregando un compuesto precursor de al menos un óxido de metal, un óxido de metal de transición o un óxido semimetálico a un segundo disolvente no acuoso y mezclando la segunda mezcla con la primera mezcla para obtener una primera mezcla de reacción; y c) mezclar la primera mezcla de reacción con una solución acuosa para formar un recubrimiento del al menos un óxido de metal, óxido de metal de transición u óxido semimetálico en una superficie del fósforo. Reivindicación 13: Una partícula que comprende un fósforo y al menos un óxido de metal, óxido de metal de transición u óxido semimetálico, caracterizada porque dicho fósforo está al menos parcialmente recubierto con el al menos un óxido de metal, óxido de metal de transición u óxido semimetálico, y en donde el fósforo es un fósforo inorgánico que contiene uno o más elementos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en elementos de metales de álcali, elementos de metales alcalinos, átomo de fósforo, átomo de boro y átomo de azufre, siendo dicho elemento de metal de álcali preferentemente Li, Na, Ka o una combinación de cualquiera de los mismos, y dicho elemento de metal alcalino es preferentemente Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba o una combinación de cualquiera de los mismos. Reivindicación 17: Una composición caracterizada porque comprende al menos una partícula de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 13 a 15 y un material adicional seleccionado preferentemente entre uno o más miembros del grupo que consiste en materiales de matriz; materiales moduladores de la luz tales como tintes por ejemplo tintes amarillos, pigmentos, materiales luminiscentes de la luz incluyendo materiales luminiscentes de la luz orgánicos e inorgánicos, por ejemplo otro fósforo inorgánico; fotoiniciadores; monómeros copolimerizables; monómeros entrecruzables; monómeros que contienen bromo; monómeros que contienen azufre; adyuvantes; adhesivos; insecticidas; atrayentes de insectos; óxidos de metal; nanopartículas de Al, Ag, Au; dispersantes; tensioactivos; fungicidas y agentes antimicrobianos.The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of a phosphor particle coated with at least one metal oxide, transition metal oxide or semi-metal oxide. Claim 1: A method for the preparation of a phosphor particle coated with at least one metal oxide, transition metal oxide or semimetallic oxide, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) preparing a first mixture by suspending a phosphor in a first non-aqueous solvent; b) preparing a second mixture by adding a precursor compound of at least one metal oxide, a transition metal oxide or a semi-metal oxide to a second non-aqueous solvent and mixing the second mixture with the first mixture to obtain a first reaction mixture ; and c) mixing the first reaction mixture with an aqueous solution to form a coating of the at least one metal oxide, transition metal oxide or semi-metal oxide on a surface of the phosphor. Claim 13: A particle comprising a phosphor and at least one metal oxide, transition metal oxide or semimetal oxide, characterized in that said phosphor is at least partially coated with the at least one metal oxide, transition metal oxide or semimetallic oxide, and wherein phosphorus is an inorganic phosphorus containing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of alkali metal elements, alkali metal elements, phosphorus atom, boron atom, and sulfur atom, said element being alkali metal element preferably Li, Na, Ka or a combination of any of them, and said alkali metal element is preferably Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba or a combination of any of them. Claim 17: A composition characterized in that it comprises at least one particle of any one of claims 13 to 15 and an additional material preferably selected from one or more members of the group consisting of matrix materials; light modulating materials such as dyes eg yellow dyes, pigments, light luminescent materials including organic and inorganic light luminescent materials, eg other inorganic phosphor; photoinitiators; copolymerizable monomers; crosslinkable monomers; bromine-containing monomers; sulfur-containing monomers; adjuvants; adhesives; insecticides; insect attractants; metal oxides; Al, Ag, Au nanoparticles; dispersants; surfactants; fungicides and antimicrobial agents.
