Abstract
Un sistema de muestreo automático controlado por computadora y métodos relacionados para recolectar, procesar y analizar muestras agrícolas para evaluar diversas propiedades químicas tales como los nutrientes vegetales disponibles. El sistema de muestreo permite el procesamiento y el análisis de múltiples muestras para determinar diferentes analitos o propiedades químicas de una manera simultánea concurrente o semiconcurrente. De manera ventajosa, el sistema puede procesar antes las muestras de suelo en una condición tal como se recolectaron sin secarlas ni molerlas antes para producir una suspensión de muestra. El sistema incluye un conjunto para análisis químicos con colector microfluídico de múltiples capas configurado para proveer una concentración de analitos con compensación por la temperatura u otras propiedades químicas asociadas a la muestra. Para ese propósito, el sistema utiliza un controlador programable, un sensor de temperatura y un dispositivo de medición de absorbancia. El sistema se puede utilizar para analizar diversos tipos de muestras relacionadas con la agricultura, que incluyen muestras de material del suelo, vegetación, estiércol, leche u otros.
