Abstract

Se presenta un aparato para procesar una señal de audio. El aparato comprende un procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) y un configurador (120; 208; 408). El procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) está adaptado para recibir un primera trama de la señal de audio que tiene un primer número de muestras configurable de la señal de audio, Más aun, el procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) está adaptado para realizar sobremuestreo (upsampling) de la señal de audio por un factor configurable de sobremuestreo para obtener una señal de audio procesada. Por añadidura, el procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) está adaptado para emitir un segunda trama de la señal de audio que tiene un segundo número de muestras configurable de la señal de audio procesada. El configurador (120; 208; 408) está adaptado para configurar el procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) sobre la base de la información de configuración de manera tal que el factor configurable de sobremuestreo sea igual a un primer valor de sobremuestreo cuando una primera relación del segundo número de muestras configurable al primer número de muestras configurable tiene un primer valor de relación. Más aun, el configurador (120; 208; 408) está adaptado para configurar el procesador de señales (110; 205; 405) de manera tal que el factor configurable de sobremuestreo es igual a un segundo valor diferente de sobremuestreo, cuando una segunda relación diferente del segundo número de muestras configurable al primer número de muestras configurable tiene un segundo valor de relación diferente. El valor de la primera o la segunda relación no es un número entero. El presente comprende además un método llevado a cabo mediante el aparato que realiza sobremuestreo, un aparato que realiza submuestreo de la señal de audio y un método llevado a cabo por el mismo.
