Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de diaminotriazina de la fórmula (1) en donde q es 0, 1, 2 ó 3, Rᵃ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆-haloalquiltio, (C₁₋₆-haloalquil)sulfinilo, (C₁₋₆-haloalquil)-carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-haloalquil)sulfonilo, C₂₋₆-alqueniloxi, C₂₋₆-haloalqueniloxi, C₂₋₆-alquiniloxi, C₂₋₆-haloalquiniloxi, (C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi)-C₁₋₆ alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alquil)-carboniloxi, (C₁₋₆-haloalquil)-carboniloxi, C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi, C₃₋₆-halocicloalcoxi, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi, (C₃₋₆-halocicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-halocicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-halocicloalcoxi)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-carboniloxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alcoxi; R¹ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 15 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, fenilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los últimos 6 radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R² se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 15 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, fenilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenoxi, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los últimos 6 radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R³ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, OH, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₂₋₆-alqueniloxi, C₂₋₆-alquiniloxi, C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 9 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas; R⁴ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-halocicloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R⁵ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₃₋₆-alquinilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo y C₁₋₆-alcoxi-C₁₋₆-alquilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 7 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o completamente halogenadas; o R⁴ y R⁵, junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos, pueden formar una porción seleccionada del grupo que consiste en carbonilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalcan-1,1-diilo, ipso-C₃₋₆-cicloalquendiilo, ipso-heterociclodiilo saturado o parcialmente insaturado de 3 a 6 miembros, en donde el carbociclo y el heterociclo son no sustituidos, parcial o totalmente halogenados, o pueden tener de 1 a 6 grupos C₁₋₆-alquilo, y la porción >C=CRˣRʸ, en donde Rˣ y Rʸ son hidrógeno, C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₄-haloalquilo; que incluye sus sales aceptables en la agricultura.
