Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Dispositivo (100) para generar uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más a partir de un gas con contenido de metano (51), caracterizado porque comprende: un dispositivo (50) para proporcionar un gas con contenido de metano; al menos un reactor (60, 60a, 60b, 60c, 60d, 60e, 60f), en donde este reactor comprende: una primera sección del reactor (1a, 1b), en donde se disponen medios (11, 11a, 11b) para el suministro de al menos un gas de plasma, medios (12a, 12b, 13) para generar un plasma con una temperatura mayor que 5000 K con el gas de plasma suministrado, y medios (15) para el enfriamiento del gas de plasma (10) a una temperatura en el intervalo de 2500 K a 5000 K; una segunda sección del reactor (2, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f) que sigue en la dirección de la corriente del gas de plasma (10) a la primera sección del reactor (1a, 1b), en donde se disponen medios (21) para el suministro de un gas de educto (51) con contenido de metano extraído del dispositivo (50) para proporcionar un gas con contenido de metano a un gas de plasma enfriado a una temperatura en el intervalo de 2500 K a 5000 K (10), en donde esta sección del reactor (2, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f) se dispone de modo tal que se forme un gas de producto (20) que contiene uno o ambos compuestos del grupo compuesto por etileno y acetileno; una tercera sección del reactor (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f) que sigue en la dirección de la corriente del gas de producto (20) a la segunda sección del reactor (2, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f), en donde se disponen medios (31), para poner en contacto el gas de producto (20) formado en la segunda sección del reactor (2, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f) con un fluido de enfriamiento rápido que contiene metano de modo tal que se forme un gas de producto enfriado rápido (30, 30a, 30b) con una temperatura en el intervalo de 750 K a 1100 K; en donde los medios (21) para suministrar un gas de educto con contenido de metano (51) y los medios (31) para poner en contacto el gas de producto (20) con un fluido de enfriamiento rápido que contiene metano se disponen de modo tal de regular una relación de metano en el gas de educto (51) a metano en el fluido de enfriamiento rápido en el intervalo de 3:1 a 1:3 en donde (i) el reactor (60c) se dispone para formar un gas de producto enfriado rápido (30a) que contiene uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más o (ii) el reactor (60d, 60e, 60f comprende una o varias otras secciones del reactor (4d, 4e, 4f) para seguir tratando el gas de producto enfriado rápido (30b), a fin de formar uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más. Reivindicación 11: Procedimiento para generar uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15 ºC o más a partir de un gas con contenido de metano, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: suministro de un gas con contenido de metano; generación sustentada por plasma de uno o varios compuesto orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más a partir de un gas con contenido de metano, que comprende: suministro de al menos un gas de plasma, generación de un plasma con una temperatura mayor que 5000 K con el gas de plasma suministrado, y enfriamiento del gas de plasma a una temperatura en el intervalo de 2500 K a 5000 K; suministro de un gas de educto que contiene metano extraído del gas suministrado con contenido de metano a un gas de plasma enfriado a una temperatura en el intervalo de 2500 K a 5000 K y formación de un gas de producto que contiene uno o ambos compuestos del grupo compuesto por etileno y acetileno; puesta en contacto del gas de producto con un fluido de enfriamiento rápido que contiene metano, de modo que se forme un gas de producto enfriado rápido con una temperatura en el intervalo de 750 K a 1100 K, en donde se regula una relación de metano en el gas de educto a metano en el fluido de enfriamiento rápido en el intervalo de 3:1 a 1:3 en donde (i) se forma un gas de producto enfriado rápido que contiene uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más o (ii) se sigue tratando el gas de producto enfriado rápidamente, a fin de formar uno o varios compuestos orgánicos con un punto de ebullición de 15ºC o más.
