Abstract
Método para la envoltura conjunta de bolsas conteniendo "snack" dentro de una envoltura laminar de plástico termo-adherente con forma de manga, que comprende: a) hacer avanzar las bolsas acostadas sobre una cinta transportadora horizontal hacia una noria elevadora vertical; b) elevar las bolsas y empujarlas hacia un transportador horizontal que las deposita de a una sobre una abertura de un tubo formador de manga ubicada por encima del fondo de una manga, dando tiempo a los medios soldadores a cerrar dicho fondo; c) conformar parcialmente sobre el tubo formador de manga una envoltura laminar continua cerrada longitudinalmente por soldadura; d) apilar una o más bolsas sobre la abertura del tubo formador de manga; e) empujar verticalmente el conjunto de las primeras bolsas y envoltura, al mismo tiempo que se cierra la manga longitudinalmente y en la medida en que se va produciendo el descenso de la misma; f) seguir alimentando con bolsas que se apilan unas sobre otras sobre la abertura del tubo formador de manga y luego empujar verticalmente logrando el descenso del conjunto repetidas veces hasta completar el paquete; y g) cerrar mediante una soldadura transversal el paquete conformado con la manga una vez completo y separarlo mediante un corte de tal manera que al mismo tiempo queda conformado el fondo de la envoltura del paquete siguiente. A machine for carrying out the described method and package of bags containing "snack" obtained by means of said method.
