Abstract
Se proporciona una composicion solida que consta de un tensoactivo cationico, como el éster etílico de la lauramida del monohidrocloruro de arginina (LAE) y de un fungicida poliénico como la natamicina. La composicion es la base para aportar soluciones de natamicina de concentracion aumentada. La composicion puede usarse para proporcionar una dispersion de natamicina en un líquido adecuado, como agua o un disolvente orgánico. La dispersion puede volver a disolverse en agua, lo cual produce una solucion de natamicina en agua. La combinacion produce un efecto biologico que es más fuerte que el efecto de cada uno de los componentes. Uso de la solucion acuosa para el tratamiento de productos alimentarios, preparados cosméticos y medicinales. Reivindicacion 1: Composicion solida que consta al menos de un fungicida poliénico y al menos de un tensoactivo cationico derivado de la condensacion de ácidos grasos y aminoácidos dibásicos esterificados, segun la formula (1) donde: X- es un contra ion derivado de un ácido orgánico o inorgánico; este contra ion debe ser preferiblemente Br-, Cl-, o HSO4-; R1 es una cadena alquílica lineal de un ácido o hidroxiácido graso saturado de 8 a 14 átomos de carbono ligado al grupo alfa-aminoácido mediante un enlace amídico; R2 es una cadena alquílica lineal o ramificada de 1 a 18 átomos de carbono o compuesto aromático; R3 es -NH3, o como en los restos (2) y (3), donde n puede ser de 0 a 4, y opcionalmente ingredientes como azucar, sal, antiapelmazantes, antioxidantes, agentes quelantes y agentes espesantes.
