Abstract
Derivados del arilcarbonilamino indano, que comprenden un compuesto de la formula (1) en donde R2-C, R3-C, R4-C o R5-C pueden ser reemplazados por N; y en donde n es 1, 2 o 3; R1 es arilo, cicloalquilo o heterociclilo; R2, R3, R4 y R5 son independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido halogeno, amino, amino sustituido, trifluormetilo, ciano, carboxilo, alcoxicarbonilo, aralcoxicarbonilo, tio-(alquilo, arilo o aralquilo), (alquil, aril o aralquil) ûoxi, aciloxi, (alquilo, arilo o aralquil) û aminocarboniloxi; o cualesquiera dos de R2, R3, R4 y R5 en posiciones adyacentes son alquilendioxi; R6 es hidrogeno, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, amino, amino sustituido, acilamino de formulas (2) (3) y (4) en donde Ra es hidrogeno o alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, Rb y Rc son independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo, arilo, heterociclilo; o Rb y Rc representan juntos alquileno inferior, o alquileno inferior interrumpido por O, S, o N- (H, alquilo o aralquilo); Rd es alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo, arilo o heterociclilo; y Re es alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, arilo, heterociclilo, cicloalquilo, amino, o amino sustituido; localizándose la variable R6 sobre el anillo saturado de 5, 6, o 7 miembros en una posicion no directamente adyacente a la union del anillo; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo; o un enantiomero del mismo; composicion farmacéutica que los comprenden y el uso de los mismos para la manufactura de medicamentos para inhibir la proteína de transferencia de un triglicérido microsomal de un mamífero.Derivatives of arylcarbonylamino indane, comprising a compound of the formula (1) wherein R2-C, R3-C, R4-C or R5-C can be replaced by N; and where n is 1, 2 or 3; R1 is aryl, cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl; R2, R3, R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl halogen, amino, substituted amino, trifluoromethyl, cyano, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aralkoxycarbonyl, thio- (alkyl, aryl or aralkyl), (alkyl, aryl or aralkyl) xioxy, acyloxy, (alkyl, aryl or aralkyl) û aminocarbonyloxy; or any two of R2, R3, R4 and R5 in adjacent positions are alkylenedioxy; R6 is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, amino, substituted amino, acylamino of formulas (2) (3) and (4) wherein Ra is hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, Rb and Rc are independently hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl , heterocyclyl; or Rb and Rc together represent lower alkylene, or lower alkylene interrupted by O, S, or N- (H, alkyl or aralkyl); Rd is optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heterocyclyl; and Re is optionally substituted alkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl, cycloalkyl, amino, or substituted amino; the variable R6 being located on the saturated ring of 5, 6, or 7 members in a position not directly adjacent to the union of the ring; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; or an enantiomer thereof; pharmaceutical composition comprising them and the use thereof for the manufacture of medicaments to inhibit the transfer protein of a microsomal triglyceride of a mammal.
