Abstract
Un dispositivo transuretral comprende un elemento de insercion transuretral que tiene un eje alargado con un extremo delantero libre y en el que al menosuna seccion delantera del eje alargado que presenta el extremo delantero es insertable dentrode la uretra de un individuo humano o animal, viviente desexo masculino e impotente, a fin de administrarle una droga para tratamiento de impotencia. A fin de facilitar la introduccion de dicha al menos una secciondelantera del eje alargado dentrode la uretra, el dispositivo compprende además medios de lubricacion para lubricar la superficie exterior de dicha almenos una parte de dicha al menos una seccion delantera del eje alargado. El dispositivo puede comprender además una vainapara de manera descubrible cubrirdicha al menos una seccion delantera del eje alargado del elemento de insercion transuretral antes de la introduccion del mismo dentro de la uretra delindividuo humano o animal, caso en el cual los medios de lubricacion pueden ser formados en la vaina a fin de lubricar la superficie exterior de al menos unaparte de dicha al menos una seccion delantera del eje alargado cuando dicha al menos una seccion delantera del eje alargado es recibida en la vaina. No existepor lo tanto la necesidad de que (i) el individuo humano o animal deba primero pasar orina a fin de facilitar la introduccion de dicha al menos una secciondelantera del cuerpo alargado dentro de la uretra, o (ii) la necesidad de introducir unaetapa para lubricar el eje alargado, lo que implica laposibilidad de contaminar la seccion insertable del eje alargado.A transurethral device comprises a transurethral insertion element having an elongated shaft with a free front end and in which at least one front section of the elongated shaft presenting the front end is insertable within the urethra of a human or animal individual, living male sex. and powerless, to administer a drug for treatment of impotence. There is therefore no need for (i) the human or animal individual to first pass urine in order to facilitate the introduction of said at least one front section of the elongated body into the urethra, or (ii) the need to introduce a stage to lubricate the elongated shaft, which implies the possibility of contaminating the insertable section of the elongated shaft.
