Description
TITTEL: INNFESTNINGSMETODE OG ANORDNING TITLE: ATTACHMENT METHOD AND DEVICE
OMRÅDE FOR OPPFINNELSEN FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a system for fixing various panels, including solar panels on building wall facades, roofs, separate racks, fences and balconies.
BAKGRUNN BACKGROUND
In a time of energy crises and increased energy costs, there is increasing pressure on installers and suppliers of solar cell systems. Regardless of whether it is a facility for smaller private consumers or larger industrial facilities, it is a time-consuming installation that must satisfy various authority requirements regarding p. a. security.
With global warming, there is growing interest in reducing the use of fossil energy, both in terms of charging of cars, agricultural and construction machinery and equipment. With local production of fossil-free energy, loads on the power grid are reduced.
Solar panels can be mounted on the outside of existing building cladding, roofing or incorporated into roofs and walls, on fences and balconies. Solar panels often weigh many kilograms and must be prevented from blowing away in the wind or falling down in the event of a fire.
Solar panels usually have a gas cover to protect the silicon cells, which produce electricity. The back wall consists of a material that makes the panels resistant to mechanical loads. As a rule, the solar panels have a frame of e.g. aluminum. The solar panels are connected together with cables for the transmission of electricity.
NO/EP2143149 describes a frame structure for use with solar panels.
There are many requirements for how solar panels are to be secured to building structures or to separate stands.
If you look at typical solar panel dimensions, these do not match the standard that exists today in terms of structure and distance between nail blows in load-bearing constructions. With some variation, solar panels are often approx. 1 x 1.7 metres.
Norwegian patent application 20201270 shows a solution for mounting solar panels on building structures.
Norsk design 087504 viser ulike festeskinner for solcellepaneler. Norsk design 087504 shows various fixing rails for solar panels.
US patent application no. 2003070368 deals with a device where a plurality of solar panels are mounted on a frame with protruding flanges. Fixings are arranged to fasten the panels to fixing rails. The fixings have an upper part and a holder in the form of a rod which can receive a bolt or similar fastening means. Any electrical wiring and mechanical fasteners may be hidden in the support beams.
International patent application WO 2014 093258 deals with a tracking system for solar panels. In one example, the apparatus includes a center of mass with an adjustable suspension assembly configured with a shell clamp on the adjustable suspension assembly and a cylindrical torque tube comprising a plurality of torque tubes configured together in a continuous length from a first end to a second end such that the center of mass is aligned with a center of rotation for the cylindrical torque tubes. This reduces the load on a drive motor operatively connected to the cylindrical torque tube.
Today, there is often a lot of screwing of panels. If you tighten the screws too hard, the panel will quickly be damaged. In addition, there is the challenge that damaged panels must be replaced without too much work and destruction of other panels that work.
SAMMENFATNING AV OPPFINNELSEN SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
One purpose of the invention is to arrive at an efficient and safe installation of solar panels, or other panels that have other uses, without too much time-consuming screwing/assembly work. This applies regardless of whether the panels are to be incorporated into building facades/roofs or mounted on the outside of existing building structures, fences or balconies. To ensure safe assembly, the attachment point must comply with the standard for building modules, either as in Norway, where there is often 60 cm between nail strokes, or in terms of another standard in other countries, or where the area of use requires other considerations.
The system described according to the invention is flexible with respect to whether the panels are fixed vertically or horizontally, on the ceiling or wall.
An effective and safe assembly is achieved by the device and method described in the patent claims.
During preparation of the invention, it was discovered that such fastening devices are also applicable, for example, for various information panels in addition to solar panels.

DETAUERT BESKRIVELSE DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The invention must satisfy both the authority's requirements for building structures that are to carry solar sail panels and the other considerations that must be satisfied during assembly. At the same time, the invention relates to a safe and simple device and assembly method with as few expensive and time-consuming assembly as possible when constructions and parts must fit together.
Fig 1 Shows fixing rails that are mounted on a surface, be it a wall, ceiling, balcony or separate racks. The fixing rail (1) is preferably fixed with through screws in the bottom plate 2 of the fixing rail to a structure that is approved for such weights and mounting.
Advantageous dimensions for a fixing rail are that the bottom plate la in the U-profile is 40 mm, side walls lb typically 30 mm, and the inward-facing flanges 1C are 10 mm.
As can be seen in the figure, the incoming flanges have continuous fastening grooves 2 which can be rectangular with sides 2x5 mm. These attachment grooves can have other shapes, e.g. round, only they are adapted to the dimension of the stop devices 8 (fig 5), and or locking pin 11 on the clamping device ?.
In one embodiment of the invention, there can be both a stop device 8 on the attachment bridge 4 and a locking pin 11 on the clamping device 7.
In an embodiment of the invention, this can be realized by removing the stop device 8 or locking pin 11 on the clamping device 7, but this depends on the loads and safety requirements for the assembly.
The mounting rail has openings 3 for cables. These openings can alternatively be other types of through openings in the fixing rail's side walls, as long as the openings do not come into conflict with places where stop devices 8 and fixing bridge skai are placed on the fixing rail.
Figure 3 shows how a fastening bridge 4 is arranged over a fastening rail 1. The fastening rails are produced in a material that meets the authority's requirements for wall-fixed external constructions. An advantageous solution is various metals that can easily be manufactured according to the purpose of the invention. Different composite solutions can also be used where such solutions satisfy other building technical requirements.
Consideration is also given to materials in the frame of the solar sail panels, to avoid electrochemical corrosion when different metals are brought together.
An advantageous construction is a fastening rail with flanges 1c with through openings 2. An alternative solution could be engraved grooves in the flanges to replace through openings.
Installation plate 5 has several functions. An advantageous solution is that during installation this is turned 1⁄4 turn and in this way a clamping device 7 (fig 6) tightens firmly against the underside of the flange lc in the fixing rail 1. The mounting plate then has an axle which is fixed to the underside of the mounting plate 5 and which goes through an opening in the upper side of the fixing bridge. Alternative solutions could be that the mounting plate with axle and tensioning device is ready-made as a component, but this requires that the opening at the top of the fastening bridge is large enough for the clamping device 7 with axle 6 to be threaded through.
The assembly method then involves first leveling the fixing rails (if it is a question of wall mounting) and placing them on the building structure or a specified surface in such a way that the fixing rails are preferably screwed into place with nails. A fastening bridge 2 is then mounted on each fastening rail, at an equal distance from the lower end of the fastening rail.
It is also possible to start the installation from the top part of the fastening rail, and gradually install rows of solar panels downwards.
It is noted that the top and bottom rows of fixing bridges have a protruding flange on the side of the installation plate 5 that faces the solar panel. Openings for windows in wall or ceiling surfaces where a solar panel is to be mounted can also have installation plates with a protruding flange on one side of the installation plate.
The attachment plate's shaft 6 and clamping device 7 are threaded through the opening at the top of the attachment bridge. Depending on the production method, the opening in the attachment bridge may only allow the axle to pass through, but then the clamping device must be established during the production phase and after the axle connection has been threaded through the attachment bridge.
If not, a fastening method must be used which ensures that the clamping device is easily locked in the correct position under the fastening bridge. The mounting plate can then be turned 1⁄4 turn to ensure sufficient core forces between the fixing bridge and the fixing rail. When two fixing bridges have been installed, the solar sail panel can be threaded down between the installation plate and the fixing rail. It is assumed that the shaft is fixed on the underside of the attachment plate so that it rotates with the movement of the attachment plate. An alternative solution is screw connectors either on both the mounting plate and in connection with clamping device 7, but this is a solution that is avoided in order to save assembly operations and uncertainty in the case of loose screw connectors. Such a solution requires a pin arrangement of parts which must have coincident rotation.
The distance between the upper side of the fixing rail 1c to the lower side of the installation plate corresponds to the thickness of the solar panel to be mounted. If necessary, space can be set aside for a weather-resistant pressure equalization spacer made of a flexible material such as e.g. silicone.
Fig 4 shows a mounting rail with 3 mounted mounting bridges, the bottom one is shown with only one flange facing upwards to clamp against a solar sail panel.
The figure also shows a section seen from the side where the clamping device 7 is pressed against the underside of the mounting rail's flanges.
Fig 5 shows an attachment bridge with an opening 9 to the axle which is fixed between the mounting plate 5 and clamping device 7.
The stop devices 8 have a shape that fits with the openings 2 in the fastening rail.
Fig 6 shows an attachment bridge 4 seen from the side and seen obliquely from the underside, where the shaft 6 and clamping device 7 can be seen.
Fig 7 shows an embodiment of clamping device 7 and where the contact plate 5 has locking pins 10 which can then be locked in slots on top of the attachment bridge.
The installation plate can be equipped with grooves (not shown) for tools to facilitate the turning of the installation plate 5. The installation plate 5 can also be equipped with a locking device with a key (not shown).
Fig 8 shows a further design of a clamping device 7. Here you can see locking pins 11 on top of the clamping device 7.
Figs 9 and 10 show further other designs of clamping device 7 which require a different design of the fastening rails.
I fig. In fig. 10, the outermost triangle will be pushed outwards when the axle connection (not shown in the figure) is rotated, i.e. not firmly anchored in the bottom triangle.
Fig 11. shows an attachment bridge where the solar sail panels have been pushed out to the side.
