Abstract

Denne oppfinnelsen gjelder en prosess og et apparatur for produksjon av termisk og elektrisk energi i en massefabrikk, mer bestemt en sulfatmassefabrikk, i henhold til hvilken prosess avfallsvæske fra cellulosemassekokevæsken blir konsentrert, og denne konsentrerte væsken brennes i gjenvinningskjelen i nærvær av biogene brennstoff, i hvilket tilfelle den termiske energien gjenvinnes fra avgassene fra forbrenningen, og denne termiske energi blir hvis ønskelig konvertert til elektrisk energi. I henhold til oppfinnelsen, er det biogene brennstoffet som anvendes trebark eller tilsvarende avfallstre, som tørkes til et fuktighetsinnhold under 30 %, og blir deretter gassifisert til en brenngass, som mates inn i gjenvinningskjelen. Prosessen i henhold til oppfinnelsen gjør anskaffelse av separat barkkjel i masseanlegg fullstendig unødvendig, noe som vesentlig senker investeringskostnadene. Prosessen forenkler apparaturen, dens drift og vedlikehold, og forbedrer energieffektiviteten.This invention relates to a process and apparatus for the production of thermal and electrical energy in a pulp mill, more particularly a sulfate pulp mill, according to which the process liquid waste from the cellulose pulp boiling liquid is concentrated and this concentrated liquid is burned in the recovery boiler in the presence of biogenic fuel, in which in case the thermal energy is recovered from the exhaust gases from the combustion, and if desired, this thermal energy is converted into electrical energy. According to the invention, the biogenic fuel used is wood bark or similar waste wood, which is dried to a moisture content below 30%, and is then gasified to a fuel gas which is fed into the recovery boiler. The process according to the invention makes the acquisition of a separate bark boiler in pulp plants completely unnecessary, which significantly lowers the investment costs. The process simplifies the equipment, its operation and maintenance, and improves energy efficiency.
