Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår et celledelt radionettverk og en fremgangsmåte for å kople en basestasjon (100) til et celledelt radiosystem, hvilket nettverk og fremgangsmåte muliggjør en rask og automatisert installasjon av base- stasjoner hvor som helst hvor et IP-informasjonsnettverk er tilgjengelig, idet det celledelte radiosystemet omfatter et basestasjonsystem som omfatter, som nettverkselementer, en basestasjon-styringsennet (102) og minst en basestasjon, og i hvilken fremgangsmåte basestasjon-styringsenheten styrer minst en basestasjon. Oppfinnelsen kjennetegnes ved at nettverkselementene (102, 100) blir innbyrdes forbundet ved hjelp av et informasjonsnettverk som benytter en pakke-protokoll, og at hvert nettverkselement forsynes med en særskilt nettverkselement-adresse, og at nettverkskonfigurasjons-informa- sjonen om dette informajsonsnettverket som benytter pakke-protokollen, opp- rettholdes i en konfigurasjons-tjener (104) forbundet med informasjonsnett- verket, og at en ny basestasjon som koples til nettverket, først kontakter konfigurasjons-tjeneren, og at konfigurasjons-tjeneren sender nertverks- konfigurasjons-informasjonen til basestasjonen.
