Abstract

The tool comprises a handle and an applicator body (2) to which a wiper (3) is fixed, 1mm or more thick and of suitable compressible material, typically foam plastic. The wiper can have protruding edges, with one or more recesses in between to accommodate the material to be applied. The tool can comprise a handle with roller, the latter having a smooth surface of material to which plaster does not adhere. The tool is particularly for use by a do-it-yourself home decorator.
