j WAYS TO CARRY OUT THE PREFERRED MODALITIES; Hereinafter, the preferred embodiments of a container obturator according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although there may be several preferred embodiments of the container shutter in the present invention, the most preferred embodiment will be explained. ! Figures 2 and 3 are perspective views of a container shutter according to an embodiment of the present invention., Figure 4 is a sectional view showing a state in which the container shutter is placed in an opening of the container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 5 is a bottom view of the container shutter. according to one embodiment of the present invention. According to the present invention, the shutter (2) of the container comprises: a body (16) placed in an opening (12) of the container through which the contents are discharged in a container (10) and having a space in the same; a support unit (22) formed on a lower side of the body (16), for supporting the body (16) in the opening (12) of the container and a unit
52/318
I of separation (18) of the sealing part formed in the body (16), to remove a sealing part (20) that
Seals the opening (12) of the container when the plug (2) is separated from the opening (12) of the container. The container (10) stores an article in the fluid state, and the sealing piece (20) that protects the article contained in the container (10) sealing the opening (12) of the; container, which is attached to the opening (12) of the container through which it is discharged to the stored article. The sealing part (20) is preferably made of a material such as paper or a thin aluminum plate that can be easily removed with a knife, etc. I Since the sealing part (20) is removed by the separation unit (18) of the sealing part, an edge portion is not necessary to remove the sealing part (20) with one hand. That is, in the conventional art, a certain amount of the edge portion in an outer circumferential surface of the container opening is wound to remove the sealing part i with! one hand after removing the shutter from the container. However, in the present invention, since the sealing piece (20) is removed by the separation unit (18) of the sealing piece, the sealing piece (20) is only placed in the opening of the container minimizing the
52/3
quantity, used for the sealing part (20). The body (16) has a cylindrical shape whose upper and lower sides are respectively open and is composed of: a first body (24) where the separation unit (18) of the sealing part is formed; and a second body (26) having a larger internal diameter than that of the first body (24) and provided with the support unit (22) to support the body (16) in the opening (12) of the container. Various projections (28) are formed to easily rotate the obturator (2) of the container with | a hand on an outer circumferential surface of the body (16). At the lower end of the body (16) a handle (36) is formed to hold it and pull it when the body (16) of the container opening (12) is detached. j A retaining shoulder (30) is formed in the open upper part of the body (16) in a circumferential direction thereof. Also, a protection piece (32) is placed on the retaining shoulder (30) of this mod, the open upper part of the body (16) is closed with! what is protected by the separation unit (18) of the sealing piece placed on the body (16). The protection piece (32) is made in the form of a disc and is preferably provided with a handle (34) for easily detaching the protection piece (32) from the
52/318
body (16) with one hand on one side of it. A support flange (38) protrudes into an internal circumferential surface of a connection part between the first body (24) and the second body (26) in a circumferential direction, thereby adhering to an upper surface of the opening (12) of the container where the sealing part (20) is placed. This is, the sealing piece
I (20) is adhered to the upper surface of the opening (12) of the container by means of the support flange (38) thereby maintaining a sealing state. Preferably, the support unit (22) is constructed as a retaining shoulder formed on an inner circumferential surface of the second body (26) and is stopped by a retaining shoulder (40) formed in a! upper end of the opening (12) of the container to maintain a state in which the container shutter (2) is placed in the opening (12) of the container. The separation unit (18) of the sealing part includes: a connection part (42) connected to an internal circumferential surface of the body (16); a pressure plate (44) connected to the connection part (42) which is pressed by a user; and various cutting units (46) formed on an inner surface of the pressure plate (44) in a circumferential direction with a certain interval, to eject the sealing part (20) at
52 / 3l8
move it downwards when the pressure plate (44) is pressed to cut the sealing piece (20) when the body (16) is turned. : The connecting part (42) is formed as a thin dome-shaped film connected between an inner circumferential surface of the first body (24) of the body (16) and an outer circumferential surface of the; pressure plate (44). The connection part (42) is elastically deformed when the pressure plate (44) is pressed by a force greater than a certain intensity, which causes the pressure plate (44) to move towards the surface. Since the connecting part (42) connects e're the internal circumferential surface of the body (16) and the outer circumferential surface of the pressure plate (44), the connection part (42) seals the second body ( 26) and elastically supports the current position of the pressure plate (44). That is, when the pressure plate (44) projects upwardly without being pressed, the connection part (42) maintains the current position of the pressure plate (44) while maintaining a convex dome shape. Also, when the pressure plate (44) is pressed by a force greater than a certain intensity, the connection part (42) deforms elastically in a concave shape, thereby, supporting the state in which the
52/318
Pressure plate is pressed. Figure 6 is a sectional view taken along the line VI-VI of Figure 4 showing the pressure plate of the container shutter according to the present invention. ! The pressure plate (44) is provided with a pressure portion (50) highlighted to be pressed by a user in the center of an upper surface thereof and is provided with a reinforcing flange (52) that uniformly disperses a force applied when the pressure part (50) is pressed towards the complete pressure plate (44) on the upper surface thereof. The reinforcing flange (52) is formed radially on the upper surface of the pressure plate (44) and the number of the reinforcing flange (52) is the same as the number of the cutting unit (46). As shown in Figure 7, the cutting unit (46) includes: various support parts (56) formed on a lower side of the pressure plate (44) in one; circumferential direction with a certain interval; a bouncing part (58) extending downwardly from the end portion of the support part (56) and moving downward at the time of pressing the pressure plate (44) to eject the sealing part (20). ); a cutter (60) formed on both lateral surfaces of the part of
support (56) that rotates together with the body (16) at the moment of rotating the body (16), to cut the sealing part (20) in a circular shape and an accommodating part (62) to accommodate the sealing part (20) that has been removed by; the cutter (60) in the opening of the container (12).
The support part (56) is formed as a platen plate having a certain radius of curvature and is formed at the edge of the lower surface of the pressure plate (44) with a certain interval and is provided with the cutter ( 60) to cut the sealing part (20) on both side surfaces thereof. The support part (56 |) is provided with a cutter (64) to eject the sealing part (20) similar to the bouncing part (58) on both side surfaces of the lower end thereof.; The bouncing part (58) is formed at the lower end of the support part (56) with a width less than 1 the width of the support part (56) and has a pointed end portion for easily disposing of the work piece. 'sealed (20). The accommodation part (62) extends from the extreme part of the bouncing part (58) to an internal side of the body (16); with a certain angle of inclination i and is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the sealing part (20) that has been removed from the opening (12;) of the container. i 52/3
Now the operation of the container shutter according to the present invention will be explained as follows. Figures 8 and 9 are views in the operative state of the container shutter according to an embodiment of the present invention. I! First, to download the contents stored in the container (10), the protection piece
(32) placed on the upper side of the body (16) is discovered. That is, the user pushes the protection piece by grasping the handle (34), the protection piece (32) is detached from the upper surface of the body (16). Entionces, as shown in Figure 8, when the pressure plate (44) is pressed with a force greater than a certain intensity, the connection part (42) elastically deforms and at the same time the pressure plate (44) It moves down. Accordingly, the ejection part (58 :) of the cutting unit (46) formed on the underside of the pressure plate (44) bounces off the edge of the sealing part (20). Then, when the body (16) is rotated, the cutting unit (46) rotates together with the body (16) whereby: the cutter (60) formed on both side surfaces of the support part (56) cuts the sealing piece (20) in a circular shape. At that time, the sealing piece
52/3
I (20) which has been cut by the cutter (60) is placed in the accommodation part (62). Then, as shown in Figure 9, when the body (16) is pushed upward by grasping the handle (36) formed in the body (16), the retaining projection (22) formed on the inner circumferential surface of the body (16) comes off the retaining flange
I (40) formed on the upper surface of the opening (12) of the container with which the obturator (2) emerges from the opening (12) of the container. Accordingly, the sealing part (20) that has been removed from the opening (12) of the container is placed in the accommodating part (62) formed in the body (16) whereby it is stored in the shutter (2) of the container. ! In the container shutter according to one embodiment of the present invention, the user presses the pressure plate (44) to rotate the body (16) whereby the cutting unit (46) cuts off the sealing part (20) .
Then, when the obturator (2) of the container is released from the opening (12) of the container, the sealing part (20) that has been removed from the opening (12) of the container is stored in the body (16), which facilitates its use and prevents environmental contamination due to the disposal of, the sealing part (20). Figure 10 is a section view of a
52/318
container shutter according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The container shutter according to the second embodiment is the same as the container shutter according to the first embodiment except that a support unit is placed in the container opening. That is, in the above-mentioned container shutter in the first embodiment, a 1-touch method is applied in such a way that the container shutter is released from the container opening (12) when the user pulls the container shutter by grasping the handle. On the other hand, in the shutter of the container according to the second embodiment, a method of spiral coupling is applied, in such a way that the shutter of the container is detached from the opening (12) of the container when the user rotates the shutter of the container. container. The container obturator support unit according to the second embodiment of the present invention is comprised of: a male part of the screw (72) formed in the outer circumferential surface of the container opening (12); and a female part of the screw (70) formed in the inner circumferential surface of the body (16). so that it is spirally coupled with the male screw bolt (72). Then, when the body (16) is rotated in the direction to open, the female part of the screw (70) is detached from the male part of the screw (72) formed in the opening (12) of the container. When the body (16) is rotated, the cutter (60) of the cutting unit (46) rotates
Together with the body (16) and at the same time cut the seal piece (20) in a circumferential direction. Also, the; sealing piece (20) that has been removed from the opening
(12) of the container is accommodated in the accommodating part (62) formed in the inner circumferential surface of the body
(16) The shutter of the container according to the
The second embodiment of the present invention can be applied to any container in which a container seal spirally engages an opening in the container, thereby disengaging from the container opening once the container shutter rotates. Figure 11 is a sectional view of a container shutter according to a third embodiment of the present invention. ! The container shutter according to the third embodiment of the present invention is the same as the container shutter (2) mentioned above in the first embodiment or in the second embodiment except that in the container shutter (2) it is place a teaspoon
(78), with which the contents stored in the
I vessel (10). That is, the container shutter (2) according to the third embodiment is provided with a support part (80) on an inner circumferential surface of an upper side of the body (16) and the teaspoon (78) is placed on the part of the support (80). The obturator (2) of the container according to the third embodiment is used when the contents that are taken with the spoon (78) 'are stored in the container (10). First, the protection piece (32) placed on the upper side of the body (16) is detached from the body and then
HE; remove the spoon (78) placed on the body (16).
Then, the aforementioned operation is carried out in the
This is the first mode whereby the obturator (2) emerges from the container of the opening (12) of the container and at the same time the sealing part (20) is removed. Then, the user can eat the contents stored in the
I container (10) using the spoon (78). Figure 12 in a sectional view of a container shutter according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 13 is a view in operational state of the closure of the container of the container with the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The container shutter according to the fourth embodiment is for storing contents (60) different from the contents (62) stored in the container (10), in the body (16), then mixed
The contents (62) stored in the container (10) with the contents (60) stored in the container shutter before discharging the contents (62) stored in the container (10). The container shutter according to the fourth embodiment is used primarily in a container for mixing two types of drugs before use, and can be applied to any container for mixing two materials before use. \ In the container shutter according to the
fourth embodiment, the separation unit (18) of the seal piece for removing the sealing piece (20) attached to the opening (12) of the container is placed in the body (16) and contents (84) different from the contents (86) stored in the container (10) are stored in the body (16). The separation unit (18) of the paring piece includes: a connection part (42) integrally connected to the inner circumferential surface of the body (16); a pressure plate (44) integrally formed with the connection part (42) and projecting upwards to be pressed by a user; a cutting unit (46) formed on a lower side of the pressure plate (44) in a circumferential direction, for ejecting the sealing part (20) by moving it downwards when the pressing silver (44) is pressed and for cutting the sealing part (20) by turning it when the body (16) is rotated; and a puncher (88) extending from the center of the bottom side of the pressure plate (44), to eject the center of the sealing piece (20) so that the contents (84) stored in the body (16) can be introduced into the container (10). i The content part (42), the pressure plate
(44) 'and the cutting unit are equal to those of the first mode, so their explanations are omitted. The button (8.8) protrudes in tip as a way
Í i 52/318
At the end of a rod part (90) extending downwardly from the center of the bottom side of the pressure plate (44) in this manner, it ejects the center of the sealing plate (20) with what forms a hole (92). Through the hole (92) the contents (84) stored in the body (16) are introduced into the container (10).; Since an external diameter of the plunger (88) is larger than that of the rod part (90), sufficient space can be obtained for the contents (84) stored in the body (16) to pass through, even if the part of rod (90) passes through hole (92) formed by the plunger (88).; The operation of the container shutter will now be explained according to the fourth embodiment, as follows. When the pressure plate (44) is pressed with a certain force after the protection piece (32;) is detached from the body (16), the cutting unit (46) moves downwards and thus the edge of the sealing piece (20). At the same time, the pusher (88) moves down and thus the center of the sealing piece is thrown away
(20) with which the hole (92) is formed. According to i stp, the contents (84) stored in the body (16) are introduced into the container (10) through the hole (92) and mixed with the contents (86) stored in the container (10).
52/318
When the contents (84) stored in the body (16) are completely inserted into the container (10), the user rotates the body (16) so that the cutter (6Q) of the cutting unit (18) cuts the piece sealing (20) in circular form. If the container shutter is detached from the opening (12) of the container, the sealing part (20) that has been removed from the opening (12) of the container is stored in the accommodating part (62) within the body (16). ). Figure 14 is a view of the upper surface of a container shutter according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention; Figure 15 is a sectional view taken along line VII-VII of Figure 14; Figure 16 is an enlarged view of ?? ' of j figure 15; and Figure 17 is a view in operational state of the container shutter according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. ! The container obturator according to the fifth embodiment is applied to a container having a relatively large container opening (12). In the container obturator, various separation units (63) of sealing part are formed in a circumferential direction of the body (16). That is, in the shutter of the container (2) according to the fifth embodiment, a division of
52 / 31.8
disc-shaped wall (94) on the inner circumferential surface of the body (16) and at least two support holes (96) are formed in the circumferential direction of the dividing wall (94). The separating unit (63) of the sealing part is formed in each support hole (96). The separation unit (63) of the sealing part includes: a connecting part (65) which is made in
I flexible form and connected to an inner circumferential surface of the support hole (96); a pressure plate (671) positioned on an inner circumferential surface of the connection part (65) and pressed by a user and a cutting unit (69) formed on a lower surface of the pressure plate (67) for cutting a sealing piece (20). A width Ti of the connecting part (65) placed on the edge of the dividing wall (94) is greater than a width T2 placed inside the dividing wall (94), in such a way that the pressure plate ( 67) is pressed in an inclined state. The pressure plate (67) is formed as a triangular flat plate so that it is easy to press it in an inclined state. The unit of '. cut of the fifth embodiment of the present invention has the same form as the embodiment52 / 3lá
aforementioned except that only one cutting unit (69) is formed in the lower surface of the pressure plate (67). I Now we will explain the operation of the container shutter according to the fifth mode. When the user presses down each pressure plate (67) placed in the circumferential direction of the resignation wall (94), the connection part (65) deforms elastically so that the connection plates (67) move towards down. Accordingly, the cutting unit (60) formed on the lower surface of the pressure plate (67) pulls off the sealing part (20). , Under this state, when the container shutter is rotated, the cutting unit (69) cuts the 1-piece seal (20) and stores it in the container shutter.; According to the container shutter of the first to fourth embodiments, since a sealing part separation unit is used when the opening (12) of the container is large, the size of the pressure plate (67) becomes more large and it is required to apply a large force to press the pressure plate (67). Also, since the pressure plate (67) does not remain easily horizontal at the time of pressing the pressure plate (67), the cutting units do not discard the sealing part.

between the various cutting units formed on the lower surface of the pressure plate (67). Therefore, to solve the problem, at least two separation units (63) of the sealing part in a circumferential direction of the dividing wall (94) with the same interval in the fifth embodiment are inserted. According to this, the user can press each pressure plate (67) with less force so that it has a convenient use and all the cutting units (69) eject the sealing part (20). Figure 18 is a sectional view of a container obturator according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention and Figure 19 is a view in operational state of the container obturator according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. . The shutter of the container according to the sixth embodiment includes: a body (5) placed in an opening of the container (12) and a cutting unit (7) formed in an internal side surface of the body (5), to discard the piece sealing (20) attached to the opening of the container (12) when the body (5) is rotated in a direction to close the container and to cut the sealing part (20) whereby the sealing part (20) is stored (20). ) on the body (5) when it is turned in one direction to open the container (10).
52/3?
! The body (5) has a cylindrical shape whose upper side is closed. A female part of the screw i (70) is spirally coupled to a male part of the screw (72¡) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the opening (12) of the container is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the lower side of the body ( 5) . Also, at the lower end of the body (5) an edge portion (9) is formed to maintain a state in which the container shutter is fixed in the opening (12) of the container. : The edge part (9) has a certain interval H of the upper surface of the container (10), in such a way that; the body (5) can be rotated as much as the interval H in a closing direction of the container. The cutting unit (7) includes: various support parts (56) formed on an internal side surface of the body (5) in a circumferential direction with a certain range; a dropping part (58) extending downwardly from the end part of the support part (56) and moving downwards at the moment when the pressure plate (44) is pressed, to throw away the sealed (20); a cutter (60) formed on both lateral surfaces of the support part (56) and rotates together with the body (16) as it rotates to cut the sealing part (20) into a circular shape; and a part of i
fitting (62) to accommodate the sealing part (20) that has been separated by the cutter (60) in the opening (12) of the container. Now the operation of the redipient shutter according to the sixth embodiment will be explained, as follows. First, if the body (5) is rotated in a direction to close the container (10), the body (5) moves downwards. At this time, the body (5) can move towards abá or as much as the interval H as the edge part (9); placed on the lower side of the body (5) has the interval H of the upper surface of the container (10). i: According to this, the cutting unit (7)
! formed on the lower surface of the body (5) boots the sealing piece (20). Under that condition, if the body (5) is rotated in a direction to open the container (10), the cutting unit (7) rotates together with the body (5) and at the same time cuts the sealing piece (20) In circular form. Also, the sealing part (20) that has been separated from the opening (12) of the container is placed in the accommodating part (62) formed in the body (5) so it is stored in the container holder. Figure 20 is a sectional view of a container obturator according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 21 is a view in operative state of the container closure of i
according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. A sealing piece separation unit (150) according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention includes: a connecting portion (152) elastically and deformably connected to an internal circumferential surface of the body (16); a pressure plate (154) connected to an outer circumferential surface of the connection part (152) and pressed by a user; and a cutting unit (156) formed on a lower surface of the pressure plate (154) in a circumferential direction, for cutting an outer circumferential surface of the sealing part (20), moving downward when the plate is pressed. pressure (154) and then it is stored in the body.; The connection part (152) is formed as a thin dome-shaped film connected between the inner circumferential surface of the body (16) and the outer circumferential surface of the pressure plate (154) · When the pressure plate (154) it is pressed with one; force greater to a certain degree, the connection part (152) elastically deforms and the pressure plate (154) moves downward.; The pressure plate (154) is formed as a circular plate and is provided with the cutting unit (156) on the lower surface thereof.
52/318
The cutting unit (156) is composed of: a support part formed on the underside of the pressure plate (154) as a cylindrical shape; a cutter (162) formed at the end of the support part (160) in the form of a cylindrical blade, for cutting the sealing part
(20) in a circular manner at the moment of pressing the pressure plate i (154) and an accommodating part (164) extending inwardly on an internal circumferential surface of the support part (160) with a certain space, to accommodate the sealing part (20) that has been cut by the cutter (162). I; On the lower surface of the pressure plate
(154) at least one retaining part (170) is formed which serves as a shutter to eject the sealing part (20)
I when the pressure plate (154) is pressed and the sealing piece (20) is fitted to the inner circumferential surface of the body (16). The retaining portion (170) is composed of: a support bar (172) formed perpendicularly on the lower surface of the pressure plate (154) and a retaining jaw (174) made in the shape of a grain at the end of the support bar (172) and retaining the sealing piece (20). Now we will explain the operation of the separation unit of the sealing part according to the seventh

modality, as follows. I
I When the user presses the pressure plate
(15,4) After removing the protection piece (32) placed on the upper end of the body (16), the connection part i of the connection (152) elastically deforms and the pressure plate (154) moves downwards . Accordingly, the cutting unit (156) formed in the lower surface of: the pressure plate (154) moves downward so that it cuts the edge of the sealing part (20) placed in the opening. of the container and then the edge is accommodated in the internal circumferential surface of the body (16). More specifically, when the pressure plate (15,4) moves downwards the cylindrical cutter (162) is moved downward so that it cuts the sealing piece in a circular fashion. The sealing part (20) that has been removed from the opening (12) of the container is stopped by the retaining part (170) so that it fits into the body (16). At that time, the retaining jaw (174) formed on the lower surface of the pressure plate
(154) it also moves downward so that the sealed i-piece (20) is released and stopped, whereby the sealing piece (20) is stably accommodated in the body (16). Then, when the user pulls the opening of the container upwards by grasping the handle (36), the opening
52/318
of the container is accommodated in the body. Figure 22 is a sectional view of a container shutter having a separation unit of (sealing part according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention.) The separation unit (180) of the sealing part of according to the eighth embodiment has the same as: the separation unit (150) of the sealing piece of the seventh embodiment except the structure of a cutting unit (188), that is, the cutting unit (188) includes a support part (182) formed on the edge of a lower side of the pressure plate (154) in a cylindrical shape, a icortator (184) formed at the end of the support part (182) in the form of an edge saw, for cutting the sealing part (20) in a circular manner, and an accommodating part (186) projecting on an internal side surface of the support part (182), to accommodate the sealing part (20) that has been separated by the cutter (184) .The cutter (184), constructed as a saw edge to triangular is formed repeatedly, moves down at the time of pressing the pressure plate (154)
52/318
and cuts the sealing piece (20) in a circular manner. In the shutter of the container according to the present invention, the separation unit of the sealing part is installed in the shutter and the pressure plate of the separation unit of the sealing part is pressed before opening the shutter . Then, if the user opens the j shutter by rotating it, the sealing part is automatically removed from the opening of the container so it has a convenient use. Also, since the sealing piece that has been separated from the container opening is stored in the accommodating part within the seal, the resulting environmental contamination can be prevented by discarding the sealing part. Additionally, the different contents of the stored contents in the container are stored in the obturator, to be introduced into the container when the obturator is released from the container. According to this, the contents stored in the shutter can be mixed with the contents stored in the container.
Nor is the edge part required to separate the sealing part since it is separated by the separation unit from the sealing part, thus reducing a used amount of the sealing part thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
