Abstract
Un metodo para producir un capacitor que comprende, como un electrodo, un conductor electrico que tiene formada en su superficie una capa dielectrica y, como el otro electrodo, una capa de semiconductor, el metodo comprendiendo la produccion de partes finas electricamente defectuosas en la capa dielectrica para hacer que la capa dielectrica y la formacion de la capa de semiconductor en la capa dielectrica por electrificacion. El capacitor obtenido por el metodo de la presente invencion tiene excelente factor de apariencia de capacitancia, baja resistencia en serie equivalente y excelente confiabilidad.
