Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato receptor de señales y un método para transmitir y recibir señales. Una modalidad de la presente invención proporciona un método para transmitir señales que consiste en: un paso de generar video HD a partir de video UHD, y obtener datos residuales del video UHD, restantes después de convertir el video HD a partir del video UHD; y un paso de transmitir el video HD convertido a una secuencia de capa base y los datos residuales a una secuencia de capa de mejora.
