Abstract

La invención se refiere a una lámina de acero laminado, para endurecimiento por presión, que tiene una composición química que incluye, los contenidos que se expresan en porcentaje en peso: 0.24% = C = 0.38%, 0.40% = Mn = 3% , 0.10% = Si = 0.70%, 0.015% = Al = 0.070%, 0% = Cr = 2%, 0.25% = Ni = 2%, 0.015% = Ti = 0.10%, 0 % = Nb = 0.060%, 0.0005% = B = 0.0040%, 0.003% = N = 0.010%, 0.0001 %= S = 0.005%, 0.0001 % = P = 0.025%, que se entiende que los contenidos de titanio y nitrógeno satisfacen: Ti/N > 3.42, y los contenidos de carbono, manganeso, cromo y silicio satisfacen: (ver Fórmula) la composición química, que incluye opcionalmente uno o más de los siguientes elementos: 0.05% = Mo = 0.65%, 0.001% = W = 0.30%, 0.0005 % = Ca = 0.005%, el resto que es hierro e impurezas inevitables que resultan del procesamiento, la lámina que tiene un contenido de níquel Nisurf en cualquier punto del acero en la vecindad de la superficie de la lámina sobre una profundidad ?, tal que: Nisurf > Ninom, Ninom, que denota el contenido nominal de níquel de acero, y tal que, Nimax que denota el contenido máximo de níquel dentro de ? (ver Fórmula) x (?) = 0.6, y tal que: (ver Fórmula) 0.01 y la densidad superficial de todas las partículas Di y la densidad superficial de las partículas D(?2µm) más grandes que 2 micrómetros satisfagan, al menos hasta una profundidad de 100 micrómetros en la proximidad de la superficie de la lámina: Di + 6.75 D(?2µm) ? 270 Di y D(?2µm) que se expresan como número de partículas por milímetro cuadrado, y estas partículas que denotan todos los óxidos, sulfuros, y nitruros, ya sea puros o combinados tal como oxisulfuros y carbonitruros, presentes en la matriz de acero.
