Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a proteínas que poseen una actividad mejorada de omega-transaminasa (?-TA), a moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican proteínas respectivas que tienen una actividad mejorada de ?-TA y a métodos para la síntesis estereoselectiva de aminoácidos y aminas quirales o para el aumento de isómeros de aminas quirales en mezclas de enantiómeros.
