Abstract
Se describe una chapa de acero eléctrico de grano orientado que tiene excelentes propiedades de pérdida de hierro a alta frecuencia y capacidad de trabajo en blanco. La chapa de acero incluye: componentes de acero que incluyen, en % en masa, Si: 1.5-8.0%, Mn: 0.02-1.0% y al menos uno seleccionado de Sn: 0.010-0.400%, Sb: 0.010-0.400%, 5 Mo: 0.010-0.200% y P: 0.010- 0.200%; y granos de cristal que incluyen granos recristalizados secundarios gruesos que tienen un tamaño de grano promedio de 5 mm o más y granos finos que tienen un tamaño de grano de 0.1-2.0 mm, donde al menos algunos de los granos recristalizados secundarios gruesos penetran la chapa de acero en una dirección del espesor y se exponen respectivamente sobre las superficies frontal y posterior de la chapa de acero de modo que los planos de proyección de las superficies expuestas de esos granos recristalizados secundarios gruesos sobre las superficies frontal y posterior de una región superpuesta y los granos finos están presentes a una densidad numérica por unidad de área de 0.6-40 piezas/cm2.
