Abstract

La presente invención proporciona proteínas, tales como anticuerpos, que incluyen una porción de unión a antígeno que se une específicamente al Ligando 1 de Muerte Programada 1 (PD-L1). También se proporcionan ácidos nucleicos que codifican para las proteínas y células (por ejemplo, linfocitos citotóxicos modificados genéticamente) que incluyen los ácidos nucleicos. En algunas modalidades, un método objetivo incluye reducir la interacción entre PD-L1 en una primera célula y PD-1 en una segunda célula. En algunos casos, el contacto es in vivo.
