Abstract
Un objetivo es proporcionar un método y aparato de soldadura por fricción-agitación que proporciona resistencia suficiente y buena capacidad de trabajo por soldadura eliminando de manera ventajosa la deficiencia de flujo plástico generada como resultado del calentamiento insuficiente de las piezas de trabajo. En la soldadura por fricción-agitación para chapas de acero (3,3) como piezas de trabajo, es insertado un par de herramientas giratorias confrontadas (1,15) en una parte sin soldar desde ambos de un lado de la superficie y el otro lado de la superficie de las chapas de acero (3,3), las herramientas giratorias se mueven en una dirección de soldadura mientras giran, y además, es efectuado un proceso de precalentamiento para calentar chapas de acero (3,3) por medio de medios de calentamiento (5) proporcionados en la parte frontal de las herramientas giratorias(1,15). La configuración del par de las herramientas giratorias confrontadas (1,15) y la temperatura de la superficie, área, posición y así sucesivamente de una región calentada en el proceso de precalentamiento son controladas estrictamente.
