Abstract
Un sistema (10) y un método para medir los parámetros de hemoglobina y bilirrubina en una muestra de sangre total que utiliza absorbancia óptica. El sistema (10) incluye un módulo de muestra óptica (20), un módulo de espectrómetro (100), un conjunto de fibra óptica (90) que conecta ópticamente el módulo de muestra óptica (20) al módulo de espectrómetro (100) y un procesador módulo (150). El módulo de muestra óptica (20) tiene un módulo emisor de luz (22) que tiene una fuente de luz LED (28), un conjunto de cubeta (40) y un módulo de luz de calibración (60). El módulo procesador (150) recibe y procesa una señal eléctrica del módulo espectrómetro (100) y transforma la señal eléctrica en una señal de salida utilizable para visualizar e informar valores de parámetros de hemoglobina y / o valores de parámetros de bilirrubina total para la muestra de sangre completa.
