Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de elementos compuestos que comprenden una primera y una segunda capa externa, un panel de aislamiento por vacío entre las dos capas externas, espuma de poliuretano rígida en contacto con la primera capa externa y el lado inferior del panel de aislamiento por vacío, y también espuma de poliuretano rígida en contacto con la segunda capa externa y el lado superior del panel de aislamiento por vacío, que comprende la aplicación de una mezcla de reacción (R1) para la producción de una espuma de poliuretano rígida sobre la primera capa externa, la puesta en contacto del lado inferior de un panel de aislamiento por vacío en contacto con la mezcla de reacción no endurecida (R1), la aplicación de una mezcla de reacción (R2) para la producción de una espuma de poliuretano rígida en el lado superior del panel de aislamiento por vacío, la puesta en contacto de la segunda capa externa con la capa de la mezcla de reacción no endurecida (R2), y por último, el curado de los dos sistemas de espuma de poliuretano rígida (R1) y (R2) para obtener el elemento compuesto. La presente invención también se refiere a elementos compuestos obtenibles de tal manera, y al uso de un elemento compuesto de acuerdo con la invención o de un elemento compuesto obtenible mediante un método de acuerdo con la invención, como componentes para dispositivos de refrigeración o como material de construcción.
