Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a productos de fideos que comprenden una harina de microalgas de alto contenido en lípidos, y a masas de fideos adecuadas para preparar dichos productos de fideos. Más particularmente, la masa de fideos comprende de un 0.05% a un 15% p/p de una harina de microalgas que comprende al menos un 50% de lípidos en peso seco. Los productos resultantes de fideos muestran un tiempo de cocción reducido en comparación con los fideos normales sin dicha harina de microalgas.
