Un aspecto de esta aleación de cobre para un equipo electrónico y eléctrico contiene: más de 2.0% en masa a 36.5% en masa de Zn; 0.10% en masa a 0.90% en masa de Sn; 0.15% en masa a menos de 1.00% en masa de Ni; y 0.005% en masa a 0.100% en masa de P, con el resto que contiene Cu e impurezas inevitables, en donde las proporciones atómicas de cantidades de elementos satisfacen 3.00 < Ni/P < 100.00 y 0.10 < Sn/Ni < 2.90, y una proporción de resistencia TSTD/TSLD de resistencia de tracción TSTD en una dirección perpendicular a una dirección de laminación en resistencia de tracción TSLD en una dirección paralela a la dirección de laminación excede 1.09.
