Abstract
Un dispositivo de conversión de energía (10) de la presente invención comprende: un grupo inversores de tres- niveles en cascada en el cual los 2n inversores de tres- niveles (10a, 10b) son conectados en serie; y al menos un circuito de cambio o conmutación (11) que selecciona las salidas de los dos inversores de tres-niveles en el grupo inversores de tres-niveles en cascada. Los 2n-1 circuitos de conmutación (11) son conectados para hacer posible la selección de cualquiera una de las salidas de dos inversores adyacentes de tres-niveles (10a, 10b) en el grupo inversores de tres-niveles en cascada. En el caso de dos o más circuitos de conmutación, los circuitos de conmutación de siguiente etapa son conectados, de manera secuencial, para hacer posible la selección de cualquiera una de las salidas de dos circuitos de conmutación conectados en la etapa previa, con lo cual, se obtiene una salida.
