Abstract
Invenţia se referă la chimie şi medicină, şi anume la un compus coordinativ nou de nichel, biologic activ, din clasa tiosemicarbazonaţilor metalelor de tranziţie şi poate găsi aplicare în medicină şi medicina veterinară în calitate de preparat cu acţiune antimicrobiană sau în calitate de ingredient la crearea mediilor nutritive selective de cultivare a microorganismelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea unui compus coordinativ cu activitate antibacteriană înaltă cloro-{N-(3,4-dimetilfenil)-2-[1-(2-hidroxifenil)etiliden]-hidrazincarbotioamido(1-)}nichel cu formula:Acest compus manifestă o activitate bacteriostatică şi bactericidă faţă de bacteriile gram-negative din speciile Klebsiella pneumoniae şiPseudomonas aeruginosa în limitele concentraţiilor de 0,7…3,0 µg/mL.
