Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnologiile informationale, si anume la un procedeu de identificare a obiectului electroconductor si o instalatie pentru aplicarea grilei de coordonate si a numarului de identificare. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include aplicarea in prealabil pe obiect a unui marcaj de identificare format dintr-o imagine individuala, o grila de coordonate si un numar de identificare, totodata grila de coordonate si numarul de identificare se obtin prin descarcare electrica intre obiect si un electrod executat respectiv in forma de grila de coordonate din fire subtiri, dotate cu noduri amplasate potrivit legii numerelor aleatorii, sau in forma de imagine reflectata in oglinda a numarului de identificare, la aplicarea impulsurilor de curent electric continuu cu frecventa de 220 ... 260 kHz la obiect si la electrodul instalat deasupra obiectului cu un interstitiu, in care se debiteaza un dielectric lichid, marcajul obtinut se inregistreaza in memoria calculatorului, iar identificarea ulterioara a obiectului se realizeaza prin compararea marcajului de pe obiectul identificat cu cel inregistrat. Instalatia pentru aplicarea grilei de coordonate si a numarului de identificare, conform inventiei, include un electrod executat in forma de grila de coordonate din fire subtiri dotate cu noduri amplasate potrivit legii numerelor aleatorii, un electrod executat in forma de imagine reflectata in oglinda a numarului de identificare, instalati cu un interstitiu deasupra obiectului, o sursa de curent continuu cu un generator de impulsuri de inalta frecventa, precum si un sistem de pompare a unui dielectric lichid in interstitiul format intre obiect si electrod.The invention relates to information technologies, namely to a process for identifying the electroconductive object and an installation for applying the coordinate grid and the identification number. The process, according to the invention, includes the prior application of an identification mark consisting of an individual image, a coordinate grid and an identification number, at the same time the coordinate grid and the identification number are obtained by electric discharge between the object and a electrode executed respectively in the form of coordinates grid of thin wires, equipped with nodes placed according to the law of random numbers, or in the form of an image reflected in the mirror of the identification number, when applying DC pulses with a frequency of 220 ... 260 kHz to the object and to the electrode installed above the object with an interstitial, in which a liquid dielectric is flowed, the obtained marking is recorded in the computer memory, and the subsequent identification of the object is made by comparing the marking on the identified object with the registered one. The installation for applying the coordinate grid and the identification number, according to the invention, includes an electrode executed in the form of a coordinate grid made of thin wires equipped with nodes according to the law of random numbers, an electrode executed in the form of an image reflected in the mirror of the number of identification, installed with an interstitial over the object, a DC source with a high frequency pulse generator, as well as a pumping system of a liquid dielectric in the interstitial formed between the object and the electrode.
