Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely, to the oncology and may be used for breast cancer treatment in the preoperation period.Summary the invention consists in combined using of the classic fractionation radiotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy method: methotexate 30 mg/m2 i/v the 1st and 8th day, 5-fluorouracyl 500 mg/m2 i/v the 2nd and 9th day, cyclophosphamide 200 mg i/m during 10 days.The result of the combined therapy consists in increasing the efficiency of breast cancer treatment in the preoperation period.
