Self-Service Account Management
Your Federation University account provides you with access to Federation systems and applications such as email, network (Wi-Fi) and computers.
If you suspect your password has been compromised you should change it immediately
Use this option to change, reset, recover or unlock your Federation account password.
FedUni Alumni select this option to create a password for the first time.
Lost or changed your Multi-Factor Authentication device? Use this option to reset your registered MFA methods.
This can also help address issues like not receiving MFA codes or app notifactions, and allows you to re-register and troubleshoot MFA problems.
In a scenario where you do not have access to your second factor device (such as your mobile phone or token) to complete a login, you can opt to use a TAP as an alternative.
The use of these options requires users to have a registered external email address or mobile phone (for SMS) to receive reset, verification and TAP codes. To register or update your self-service details, use the following guide KB0010368
