1. Rice. 200 grm
2. Water. 3 cups
3. Salt. to taste
4. Lemon. half
Method
1. Take a vessel and boil the 3 cup of water.
2. Now wash the rice with cold water and keep it a side
3. After the water comes to boil . Add the washed Rice in it.
4. Allow the rice to cook in the boiling water and check it after 5 min.
5. After the rice is half cooked add salt and lemon juice in it.
6. Once the rice is cooked . Take a strainer and strain out all the remaining water.
7. Enjoy the nice cooked rice with good texture and taste .
