Transifex is an excellent translating tool. It really helps translators to concentrate on the language translation and not on details of po files...
Were're currently using Transifex on a 3D medical imaging reconstruction software called InVesalius, sponsored by Brazilian Government.
In less than a week hosted at Transifex website, InVesalius was already translated to French.
Before Transifex, it was a big headache to teach how doctors could help us translating po files... Event poedit was a problem to them.
Despite the quality of the tool, the support is excellent. There are still improvements to be done on the system (hope find some time to help it), but no doubt it is very promising.
Congratulations to all the team!
Transifex is developed by Dimitris Glezos, Christos Trochalakis (both from Greece) and the brazilian Diego Búrigo Zacarão.
The other brazilian involved in the project is Og Maciel, the one who builds and updates the Transifex appliance.
So, brazilians should be very proud of these guys and many others who bring us excellent tools.
