Category: Project

Description: The first aim is to determine which mathematical functions (i.e., linear, logarithmic, unbounded power, one-cycle power, and two-cycle power) best explain children’s estimation patterns on the 0-100 number line task. The second aim is to determine if and how children’s mathematical skills are associated with the mathematical function that best explains their estimation patterns.
