Nana's Apple Cake from scratch recipe. Made yesterday and was so delicious. Cream 1/2 c butter & 2 cups sugar (I also added 1/2 bar cream cheese). Add 2 eggs, 2 t vanilla. Add already combined 2 c flour, 1t baking soda, 1 t baking powder, 1 t salt, 1 t cinnamon, 1 t nutmeg, 1 t ginger. Mix and add 6 cups peeled diced apples. Spoon into 11x13 pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
