Missing parts remains unresolved for 2 months and counting

Bought a coffee table from this website without reading the reviews first. The drawer has a missing bottom and so many missing screws. Took the customer service 1 week to reply, 1 month for them to contact the vendor, another month for the "missing parts" to arrive only to realize we have been given a big box containing the screws but not the missing drawer pieces. It took overall 2 months so far and the situation has been unresolved. Our coffee table remains with missing parts.

Their customer service is really poor, unhelpful, and one email even had a very passive aggressive tone, after a couple of follow ups (as we have been waiting for weeks without updates) as if they are the ones to be upset with us.

Good quality and good price

I bought from Trendrom recently. I had doubt since it has lot of complains here in trust pilot. So I send them a mail and asked why they have so low ratings here.
They replied with a big explanation. :)
Anyway I ordered a dinning table after that and I am very satisfied with the quality and the delivery time. They delivered it to my house. There was a small scratch of the table frame during the delivery but it is under the table so I really don't have an issue form that.

OK - but a bit long delivery

I'm happy with the service. Bed have arrived intact and quality looks better than on the website plus it was firmly packed to avoid any damage. I'm not giving top score because webshop support is quite slow (although they always respond to email it takes up to 48h to wait for the respond) plus on top of that delivery company they are using is also quite slow with delivering things (It was over a week between date when it was picked up from shop and delivered to me, in that time there was nearly no information from DSV where the package is and when it will arrive at my place ... and there were no way to contact DSV directly and ask about it so I can just imagine how stressful it can be if something happens). But as I said when it comes directly to the webshop they have to improve support and it will be top notch.

I have never believed that something…

THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE BANNED
I have never believed that something like this is possible
It is unbelieveble HOW CAN THEY FOOL YOU LIKE THIS
IT IS A SCAM
It seems that the 'owner' of this company is one of the most wanted people by Norway police.
I have ordered a dining table with 4 chairs in february and never received the order and never got any response from them.
Such a scam!

Worst customer support

The product was good, customer support was really bad. They sent me a damaged product and when I contacted customer support, they wouldn't even reply. Then I didn't have any options but to contact the payment company Klarna and opened a dispute. Then after klarna pushed them, the support finally replied and offered me 50% discount on the broken product! They also replied me in different mails asking same questions. Eventually I managed to get a new product, but took me more than a month.
To me, this was the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

Slow delivery and pick-up point NOT…

Slow delivery and pick-up point NOT home delivery as ordered!
- I had to get in touch with the customer service in order to get my chair delivered. one week after I got a confirmation that my chair is on its way, nothing has changed based on the tracking number.
- Order a chair with home delivery. That was also the reason I order from them. Had specified it on my order, even stated on my orderconfirmation but I had to pick it up a delivery point.
Even if it is stated does not mean it will be home delivery said the customer service and referred to a small bullet point in their purchasing conditions. Why such info is not stated CLEARLY. if so, this is false ads for me. what kind of delivery service they provide and the customer has bought must be 100% clear and transparent. Won´t order from that shop again

Terrible service! SVINDEL

I ordered 6 chairs with delivery of 1-2weeks.. after 3 weeks waiting I send an email to the customer service... After 7 days I got a new ordrebekreftelse with new delivery time of 3 month!!! I contacted them again ..that's now 2 weeks ago and still no answer!!! I canceled my order now. Good that I didn't pay in forhand. Really the worst unprofessional online service I ever experienced... I order a lot online but never ever again here.
