Abu simbel

Abu Simbel is an archaeological site located in southern Egypt. The site is home to two massive temples that were built by the pharaoh Ramses II. The temples were originally located on the banks of the Nile River, but they were relocated in the 1960s to save them from being flooded by the Aswan High Dam.
