Sándor Ferenczi (født 7. juli 1873 i Miskolc i Østerrike-Ungarn, død 22. mai 1933 i Budapest i Ungarn) var en ungarsk psykoanalytiker, en nøkkelteoretiker innenfor den psykoanalytiske skole og en nær medarbeider av Sigmund Freud.
