Mount Mill er eit fjell, 735 moh, som ligg 2 nautiske mil (3,7 km) vest for Mount Balch nordaust for Waddington Bay, på vestkysten av Graham Land. Det vart først kartlagd av Belgica-ekspedisjonen, 1897-99. Det vart namngjeve av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1908–10, under Charcot, etter Hugh Robert Mill, ein britisk geograf og som i 1905 skreiv The Siege of the South Pole.
