Say “YUM” if you would eat this High Protein Cheesecake Swirl Brownie 😋🍰🍫 What you need: 1/3 cup cottage cheese 1 large egg 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 cup sweetener 3 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips For the cheesecake swirl: 2 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp butter, softened 2 tbsp sweetener How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend your cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder & sweetener. Pour into a greased dish and top with the chocolate chips. 3. Mix together your cheesecake ingredients, add to a ziplock, cut a corner off and swirl on top. (Use a butter knife for a fancier swirl) 4.
