I designed and hand stitched this velvet banner using vintage and end of roll fabrics. it includes linen yellow and leopard print letters sewn onto a turquoise green velvet with double layered vintage gold, orange and green tassels. Finished with a gold rolled cord for hanging. does not include doweling rod (I can advise if needed) All my banners are one of a kind.
