Kanak Gurnani on Instagram: "Weight Loss Recipe  Vegetable Ragi Cheela  Preparation Time 10 mins Cooking Time 20 mins  Serves 3 Cheelas Ingredients  Vegetables 2 Cups Coriander Leaves 2tbsp Green Chilli 1 Ragi/ Nachni Flour 4 tbsp Sattu/Roasted Chana 2tbsp Red Chilli 1tsp Salt to taste  Sesame Seeds 1tbsp Jeera Powder 1tsp Water 1/4 Cup Ghee/Oil 1tsp Steps ➡️ In a mixing bowl add finely chopped vegetables along with Ragi Flour , Sattu, Spices and Sesame seeds.  ➡️ Add water in batches and make a thick batter. ➡️ Brush some oil in a pan or tawa and spread small thin cheela. For tempering in a tempering pan add ghee and all other ingredients, roast for a while and add it to the batter. Mix well and add baking powder, mix instantly and pour on your greased idly mould. Steam for 15 min on high to medium flame. Do a folk test. Ragi Flour 1/2 Cup
Suji 2tbsp
Rice Flour 2tbsp
Green Chilli 2
Ginger 1tbsp
Carrot 1/4 Cup
Onion 1/4 Cup
Jeera 1tbsp
Salt to taste 
Black Pepper 1.5 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves 2tbsp
Water 1.5 Cups
Paneer
Chilli Flakes 
Ghee/Oil as required 
Steps
➡️ Take a mixing bowl and add Ragi Flour , Rice Flour & Suji along with vegetables , spices. Add water and make a thin runny batter as shown in the video. 
➡️ Spread on hot tawa and cook until crisp. Add some grated paneer and Chilli flakes if you like.
➡️Enjoy with homemade Chutney of your choice.
