Rena | Healthy Fitness Meals on Instagram: "Protein packed scrambled Oats   You need: 1 ripe banana  1 egg 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt  1/2 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp coconut oil  1 cup rolled oats (3/4 if you use a small banana- I used @oathoats crunchy dark chocolate flavor. It has cocoa powder and so good! If using just plain oats you can add 1 tsp cocoa powder) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder   Serve with: Greek yogurt, fruits of choice or milk milk like you would when eating cereal   How to make it: 1- mix all the ingredients in a bowl  2- heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Another week, another big batch baked oats combo !! I’ve been through so many flavours now, but I’ll always come back to anything that contains chocolate & peanut. These are absolute heaven, you won’t regret giving them a go!

Makes 4-5 servings.
Original (recommended) recipe:
▫️ 200g rolled oats
▫️ 2 bananas
▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein [code: FITLONDONER]
▫️ 1 tsp baking powder
▫️ 420ml milk*
▫️ 60g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
▫️ 15g peanuts, chopped
▫️ Drizzly peanut butter, optional to finish

Banana free version:
▫️Sub 2 bananas for 200g unsweetened apple sauce.

Protein powder free version:
▫️ Sub the protein powder for 50g plain or oat flour. Reduce the milk to 300ml.
