— Ingredients:
Patra ke leaves / Arbi leaves 
1 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
1/4 cup wheat flour 
1/4 cup rice flour 
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon pureed green chillies
salt as required
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup tamarind paste + water
1/4 cup jaggery
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
water as required

Wash And Remove Veins Of The Leaves.
Dry it completely before applying the Besan mixture.
Grease the steam and gently keep the roll, make sure the roll is tight.
Steam for 40-45 mins & cool completely before cutting.

✅Recipe details:

Patra leaves (wash them and finely chop them)
Add them in a bowl,now add 
Ginger green chilli paste 
Turmeric powder 
Red chilli powder 
Coriander powder 
Cumin powder 
Carrom seeds
Sesame seeds
Jaggery 
Tamarind pulp 
Salt as per taste 
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/4th cup jowar flour
Combine everything together 
Make small bite sized bowl and steam them for 10 minutes on medium flame 
Prepare a tadka by adding sesame seeds in oil 
Add all the muthiyas and sauté for 2-3 minutes 
Serve hot!
