Čeština: vlajka města Olomouc, Česko
Modrý list s bíločerveně šachovanou orlicí se žlutou korunkou a zbrojí a červeným jazykem, zaujímající polovinu délky listu na středu listu. V žerďové části žlutá majuskulní písmena S a Q, ve vlající části obdobná písmena P a O, vždy pod sebou. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
