Q: I don't like my Nisa garment, or it is the wrong size

A: No worries, we are happy to provide you with store credit, exchange or refund as long as the garment hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 7 days of receiving it. Contact hello@nisa.co.nz and we'll tell you where to send it back to. Unfortunately we can't provide store credit for the cost of shipping.

We provide free returns for bralette, swimwear and activewear orders from NZ/Aus. Just let us know which size you want instead, or if you would prefer store credit.

Q: My Nisa garment has a fault

A: We will absolutely fix the problem - we are more than happy to send you a replacement, give you store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer. Just contact hello@nisa.co.nz with a picture of the defect.
