day forty of documenting what i do in a day to cultivate a sweeter life for myself. five weeks of working on myself, and i can confidently say that it’s done me a world of good since i started. i’ve had some of the greatest highs and the most devastating lows of my life throughout it, but altogether i think i’ve been doing well for myself. you can find my progress (when i remember to update) under the #kiki’s diary. tag.

what i did:

• woke up at 5:00 am
• set my intentions and said my prayers
• made my bed
• had a full breakfast
• went for a walk for 30 min
• did some work for my college orientation prerequisites
• read some poetry

what i’ll do:

• read a couple chapters of “immortal” by sue lynn tan
• drink at least one bottle of water ♡
• write something, anything
• set up some of the graphics for my upcoming fic
• put away my laundry

there’s still a lot i need to focus on when it comes to becoming who i know i have the potential to be—someone i like, someone that embodies all of the traits that lead to the kind of life i want. existentialism has been killing me with kindness lately, but i’m letting it happen and letting it pass because that is the energy i want for myself. i love you all—thank you for coming with me this far.

day thirty nine of documenting what i do in a day to cultivate a sweeter life for myself. i’ve had a lot on my mind lately; things i wish i could have said, things i wish i could still say. it’s been hard to go about my day to day when absolutely nothing is certain anymore, but i’m living anyway because that’s all i can really do. you can find my progress (when i remember to update) under the #kiki’s diary. tag.

what i did:

• woke up at 9:00 am
• set my intentions and said my prayers
• made my bed
• looked at header inspo
• rotted in bed for a little
• had what might be the most craving-fueled lunch i’ve ever had
• watched an episode of shadow and bone
• made myself a blueberry smoothie for my workout
• did an hour long workout (30 min pilates + 30 min cardio)

what i’ll do:

• read a couple chapters of “immortal” by sue lynn tan
• drink at least one bottle of water ♡
• write something, anything ♡
• set up some of the graphics for my upcoming fic

i’ve felt a lot like a deer in headlights lately; like i can see what’s coming and just waiting for the impact, unable to move. being stagnant has never suited me, so i’m learning to cut my losses and run. thank you for staying with me while i do. i love you so much.
