Congratulations! You've reached the bottom of the barrel when it comes to anime about witches. Earwig and the Witch is likely dismissed for its 3DCGI animation, but its biggest is the storyline, which can be summarized as the main character wanting to learn from a witch who does not want to teach her. Tweeny Witches has even more problems from its animation (still shots when characters are talking, lack of character movements, etc), its storyline (underwhelming conclusion, lack of cohesion), and its characters (lack of character development). The series does have a promising premise and interesting art, but it has challenges that severely limits enjoyment.
