Conception

On his high school graduation day, Itsuki's cousin, Mahiru, tells him that she's pregnant. Just then, a gate of light emerges and transports the two into the world of Granvania. In this land, "Impurities" have been causing a disturbance to the Stars, ultimately plunging Granvania into chaos and disorder. And Itsuki, now revealed to be one who is fated to meet with the "Star Maidens," is seen as Granvania's last hope and was thus given the task to produce "Star Children" and combat the "impurities." And unless the task is complete, Itsuki may never be able to return home.

This show is overhated, this is no more degenerate than something like Shield hero. Go into looking for some laughs and it is worthwhille.
The plot is dumb for the most part but it makes up for it with the pacing. The last episode is the only boring one. Most of the characters are entertaining and there are none that are awful, Animation is fine, except for some of the fights but they are done quickly.

Some jokes are quite funny, other times the show is so bad that it's hilarious. Embrace the cringe the way Eminence in shadow does.

Mixed Feelings

Not A Show For The Faint Of Heart


This show is one that makes you question why it even exists and why the hell you are watching it at all. This show is very much an obvious parody of harem anime. With its rushed nature, absurd plots, and cringe everything. This show makes your stomach turn. That being said it is for sure not meant to be taken seriously. Many jokes did land with me near the end of the show but I will admit that subjecting myself to this was one of the worst things I have ever done. I understand it's ... existence. I need time to accept this abhorrence.

This anime is the definition of lazy harem.
15 minutes in, the MC is assigned 12 maidens each representing a star sign.
And one of the MC's job is to impregnate them in order to make star children.
And of course the first one he has to make babies with is his cousin.
And this is just the first episode.

Conception is a dumb anime. With dumb characters. And a dumb plot.
It fails as a comedy. It fails as an ecchi.
Its not funny. Its not sexy.
Its PG-13 hentai. Aka an abomination.
...
There are too many characters and they are introduced too quickly, all at once.
This isn't an anime with any sense of a progressing narrative.

Its amazing how an anime thats all about sex...doesn't even actually have sex...

There isn't much to say about this anime because there is nothing to it. There is no substance.
All this anime does is exist. Nothing else.
