Payment Information

GENERAL

• All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• We reserve our right to ask you to identify yourself if we suspect fraud

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• We accept VISA and Master Card.
• All credit cards must be 3D Secure registered before transacting on our website. We are 3D secure merchant.
• We do not store your credit card details

EFT PAYMENTS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED

• We accept EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers). Please use your customer account number or order number as a payment reference and email the proof of payment to info@myairtime.co.za.
• Orders paid by EFT will only be loaded once the payment reflects in our account unless you are customer who is cleared for delivery upon proof of payment. Ask us for more details. 
• CASH deposit in our account are NOT ALLOWED. Should you decide on your own without our agreement to deposit in our account CASH you will need to pay extra for the bank fees. If the extra is not paid the order will not be processed until the fees are paid. 

PREPAID EFT PAYMENTS

• EFT can be done before orders are placed to amount of your choice
• We will load the prepaid amount to your customer account. With every order placed the system will allocate the amount for that order.The balance remaining will reflect in your account. When the balance runs low you can top up your account to the amount of your choice.
• The advantage of this method is that your bundles will load instantly without waiting for payment to reflect as long as you have sufficient funds.
• Please use the customer account number as a payment reference. It is visible when you login to your account. 
• Should your company require invoice before you make payment, email your request to info@myairtime.co.za and antonia@nivo.co.za with the details of your company that has to appear on the invoice

BANKING DETAILS

ORDERS NOT PAID

• Any order marked for EFT payment and not paid within 3 business days (meaning the funds do not reflect in our account) will be cancelled
• Any order marked for Credit Card payment and not paid within 2 business days will be canceled
